1-on-1 Sessions

How the Sessions work

Your first meeting with Baller is one hour and serves as an intro session. It begins with a brief introduction to Baller, followed by a needs analysis (SWOT) to give a clear picture of where you or your team stand right now.

From there, you'll set goals, choose the topics to cover, and decide how many sessions you'll need. The meeting wraps up with homework to start putting it all into practice.

Every meeting after that follows a simple structure: a quick intro, a SWOT analysis, and goal-setting before moving into the day's topics. When footage is available, Baller reviews it with you, then works through problems as they come up. Each session closes with homework and a review of what was covered.

From opponent to Team USA teammate, to my Team USA coach, Baller Shot Caller has been one of the best people to come into my life via my derby career. When I think about the different utility my teammates and coaches have occupied over the years, I would categorize Baller in the “heartbeat” of a team type. She’s so good at bringing the fervent passionate vibe needed for cohesion, unity, and belonging, that enhances performance. The vibe is consistent when she plays and when she coaches, all while also encouraging hard work, dedication, and perseverance. She has a joyous infectious spirit that I love being around and I always look forward to the times we get to spend together on the track.

How the
Sessions work

Your first session with Baller is a personalized one-hour introduction designed to uncover where you are now, where you want to go, and what it will take to get there.

Whether you’re an individual athlete or representative for an entire team, we begin with an introduction to the Baller approach, followed by a comprehensive SWOT analysis to identify your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and areas for growth. From there, we’ll establish specific goals, identify key areas for development, and build a customized roadmap with the ideal number of sessions to help you reach those goals effectively.

At TLC, the goal isn’t simply to analyze footage, gameplay, or league issues for you, it’s to teach you how to analyze it for yourself. Baller focuses on building the leadership, communication, and decision-making skills needed to positively influence future generations and continue growing this sport we all love. Each session ends with a recap and actionable homework designed to reinforce what you’ve learned and keep your development moving forward.

This isn’t just another training session. It’s a process built to sharpen your game, elevate your confidence, and turn potential into performance.
